Leg muscle injury hampers training

Got about 5 miles in and felt a twinge in right leg. Something definitely not right, probably from football last night. Having consulted Dr Mcgregor, he recommended “Rest,ice,strapping,elevation,ibuprofen and reassess in morning” I turned around and cycled slowly back.

I think i will have to pull out of Monday night football until this cycle is done and dusted, cant risk any further issues - sorry lads, please dont replace me, just a find a substitute until Monday 16th August. This has nothing to do with the hammering we took last night John!

I am off down the spar to buy some frozen peas… will follow the advice to the letter.
